Balakrishna R Naini ( Bala), holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Science. He started his career in software development for OSI USA and then got associated with Parker US Aerospace in US and worked at different technical levels at Parker. He is a successful entrepreneur, having founded and run multiple companies in India and the U.S., including a Software product development company in Los Angeles, as well as a software IT development company. Bala is also responsible for all Business Development activities in the US- Indian market for JVKinfra (  www.jvkinfra.co ) , Artia Foods and G-Tech Solutions and Green Earth Fuel tech, JVK Meditech ( www.jvkmeditech.com ) . From 2009 Bala has worked with Dr PNS who has invented several US patent products in the Specialized fields of Agricultural and Green Energy , he was also associated with Dr PNS in the development of Fuel additive Products . Bala combines this knowledge with detailed, hands-on research to validate and vet each of our projects and formulate right market approach .From 2012 Bala became part of SoilsiNew Organic USDA Fertilizers (www.soilsinew.com ) group as and he became successful team member in Implementations , initial project layout and Proprietary technology Implementation in huge Green Energy and Organic USDA Fertilizers projects , he is also part of Infra Company who are specialized in Hydro , solar Power , Big Infra development and Waste management . Bala was also part of the , nuclear waste, environment treatment products on energy recovery, water desalination with Dr.PNS , from 2015 Bala and his team started working with different E & P ( Oil & Gas) companies in Upstream and Downstream projects Starting with South Texas , UAE and Bahrain , since then has different levels of JV associations on E&P (Oil & Gas) Projects. .

Samuel Shinho Lee is the son of a career Korean Army officer who was highly decorated by the Korean and U.S. government for gallantry during the Korean War. He secured his Bachelor degree in Pre-Dental and Mathematics from the University of Detroit, Michigan, He has Master degree in Business Administration at National University, San Diego, California .He joined the U.S. Army He received special diplomas from the military schools in infantry tactics, intelligence, government budgeting, accounting, management, etc. After his military activation to Iraq War and US Army office at different Middle East, He began study of solar and its association technologies in Green Solar Energy , got associated with Bala and as a team they associated with Dr PNS in the development of Fuel additive Products , US patent products in the Specialized fields of Agricultural and Green Energy and with Solar Techo. . Samuel got associated and became part of the management team with www.soilsinew , www.jvkmeditech.com and   www.jvkinfra.co and also from 2015 started working with Bala in different E & P companies in Upstream and Downstream E&P with Oil & Gas  projects Starting with South Texas , UAE and Bahrain  . Dr. Kim  was trained in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Toronto and further pursued his graduate study at McGill University Canada.  His specialties during his Aerospace career include the state of the art of high-temperature nickel alloy and gas turbine engine materials. His projects include providing engine design, marketing, and maintenance support to major airlines and militaries worldwide.  He has been involved in a project for oil fracking technology in Texas, U.S.A.

Dr Kim has double Doctorate’s Ph.D in Physics at the University of Alabama , USA and Ph.D in Industrial Science at Ibaraki University , Japan . Dr Kim has his Done his Masters in Telecommunication Engineering at Ibaraki University , Japan . Dr Kim is Head of Division of Advanced Spectroscopy, Institute for Solid State Physics (SSP) Japan , an Technical Adviser for Government of Japan and in the process he has worked on Solid State Physics (JSSP), Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS), Post-Doc . Dr Kim is Technical advisor for Mitsui & Co. He has nearly 20 plus experience in field of (SSP , SPS) and E & P Research development .Dr was also worked major part t of the, nuclear waste, environment treatment products on energy recovery, water desalination .etc. along with Dr.PNS..

Mr Wasim Gharib with a robust background in computer engineering, communication, and information security across various sectors, has proven in business development and financial transactions especially payment services and anti-fraud initiatives in Scandivian countries and the United Kingdom. As the COO at JVK USA E&P Inc.'s Regional Headquarters in London for the UK Europe and the Middle East , Mr. Gharib will coordinate with JVK USA's Headquarters in the U.S.A. and will strategically plan and manage as follows: Spearheaded financial operations, emphasizing secure payment systems and maintaining financial integrity; Outstanding anti-fraud initiatives; Ensuring financial stability and security within JVK USA; Expanded responsibilities to include comprehensive financial oversight for JVK USA's worldwide operations; and Directed regional financial strategies, serving as the head officer for his assigned regions.
