JVKUSA E&P with its JV associates have been focused on the development of Southern Delaware Basin acreage in Pecos County, Texas . From December 31, 2017, we were producing from twelve wells over our 14,200 gross (6,400 net) acre position, prospective for the Wo-camp A, Wo-camp B and Second Bone Spring formations. We and our JV partners currently completed NE Southern Basin and will be the primary focus of our drilling program.
SOUTH TEXAS
JVKUSA E&P with its JV associates in South Texas region included approximately 52,100 gross (22,100 net) acres, proved reserves of 5.4 Bcfe and 65 gross (32.2 net) producing wells. In the Dimmitt and Zavala counties part of this region, Our South Texas region also includes approximately 39,300 gross (22,200 net) acres located in conventional fields that produce primarily from the cox, Frio, and Vicksburg sands. Our estimated net proved conventional reserves in this region were 2.9 Bcfe, comprised of 71% gas, with 22 gross (9.7 net) producing wells.
SOUTHEAST TEXAS
EAST TEXAS
| Our East Texas region included approximately 4,900 gross (2,900 net) acres primarily in San Augustine County, with proved reserves of 0.5 Bcfe comprised of 78% gas, and 10 gross (5.1 net) producing wells. We believe growth potential in the future. There has been renewed interest in this area by offset operators with new frac techniques and refracing of previously drilled wells.
WESTON COUNTY, WYOMING
JVK-JV-Associates drilled three successful wells in this area targeting the Muddy Sandstone formation. As a result of drilling these wells. Based on current results, a sustained improvement in oil prices will be needed to justify allocation of drilling capital to this area compared to our Southern Delaware Basin position. Approximately 4% of our acreage is held by production. |
